Travel Incentive Scheme 2026

Scheme Period: 1 July 2026 to 25 December 2026. Prior online registration and acceptance of these terms are mandatory before participation.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1. The scheme is open only to eligible Rapoo channel partners/dealers approved by Rapoo India and/or its authorised distribution network.
2. Prior registration through the official scheme registration page is compulsory. Submission of a form does not itself guarantee acceptance; registration becomes valid only after confirmation by the Rapoo team.
3. All information submitted must be complete and accurate. Rapoo may seek supporting documents or clarification before approval.
4. Each participating business should register using its correct company name, authorised contact person, mobile number, email address and business address.

2. Scheme Options and Billing Criteria

1. Thailand Scheme: Minimum eligible billing of ₹65,000 per month, plus applicable GST, for each of the six scheme months.
2. Bali Scheme: Minimum eligible billing of ₹1,00,000 per month, plus applicable GST, for each of the six scheme months.
3. No other scheme can be claim or clubbed if any with Travel Incentive Scheme partners will be elible for single scheme only during scheme period.
4. Billing achievement will be calculated on basic taxable value excluding GST, freight, finance charges and other non-product charges, unless Rapoo communicates otherwise in writing.
5. Billing must be done from Supertron Electronics Ltd. or Rapoo Authorised Distributors. Only genuine, verifiable invoices for eligible Rapoo products will be considered.
6. Monthly billing may vary by up to 20% above or below the applicable monthly target. Any shortfall or excess billing within this 20% variation limit may be adjusted during the overall scheme period, provided the participant achieves the total cumulative billing target applicable to the selected scheme by the end of the scheme period.
7. Only invoices falling within the scheme period and meeting verification requirements will qualify.

3. Products, Returns and Adjustments

1. The scheme is applicable to all Rapoo products Except VC Product . Temporary non-availability or shortage of any particular product or model shall not be considered a valid reason for non-achievement of the scheme target. Participants are advised to plan their requirements well in advance and share their stock requirements with the Rapoo team in a timely manner. The Rapoo team will make its best efforts to arrange and facilitate product availability, subject to stock availability, supply conditions, and operational feasibility.
2. Cancelled invoices, returned material, credit notes, debit adjustments, price corrections, fraudulent transactions or unpaid/disputed transactions may be excluded from achievement.
3. If a qualifying invoice is subsequently reversed or goods are returned, the corresponding value may be deducted from scheme achievement.

4. Travel Reward

1. The travel reward is available only after successful completion and final verification of all scheme conditions and monthly targets.
2. Travel dates, duration, itinerary, hotel category, airline, departure city, inclusions and other arrangements will be communicated separately after completion and verification of the scheme.
3. The reward is subject to availability, visa requirements, passport validity, airline/hotel availability, government regulations and force-majeure conditions.
4. Participants are responsible for maintaining a valid passport and providing documents required for visa and travel processing within communicated timelines.
5. Personal expenses, optional activities, upgrades, excess baggage, local expenses and items not expressly included in the final itinerary will be borne by the traveller.
6. The trip benefit is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit unless Rapoo expressly approves otherwise in writing.

5. Verification, Communication and Decision

1. Rapoo and/or its authorised representatives may verify invoices, distributor records, payment status and other relevant documents before confirming qualification.
2. Official scheme communications will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided during registration. Participants are responsible for keeping these details accessible and accurate.
3. Any suspected manipulation, duplicate claim, false invoice, misrepresentation or abuse may result in disqualification.
4. Rapoo reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the scheme due to business, operational, regulatory or force-majeure circumstances. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
5. In matters concerning eligibility, billing calculation, verification and qualification, the decision of Rapoo India will be final, subject to applicable law.

6. Participant Consent

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and authorises scheme-related communication to the submitted contact details.
